Rastoni Apartments Skiathos

Lokacija apartmana je odlicna, posebno ukoliko vozite - na sredini ostrva , blizu i grada i najlepsih plaza. Apartman je zaista prostran i lepo opremljen, renoviran pa je sve novo i lepo.

Do kuce vodi za grcke uslove tipican uspon , ali moze biti izazovan za starije osobe .

It was a very nice stay and great apartment. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, plus the living room area. It was very clean and we had no problems or comments on this front :) The place is practically new and you have what you need for both shorter and longer stays. It doesn't have a large cooking area, but you have 2 electric stoves (no oven). It is not a large area, so maybe a little impractical if you want to cook most of the time or plan on making larger meals/ dishes. For us it was enough for breakfast (lunch and dinner were on the go/ in the towns). It has a nice outside lounge area, it is very green all around and also quiet and peaceful (which we liked very much). The house is on a bit of a hill, and the drive up to the parking is a little steep (but even with our old car it was manageable :)) You also have then another short climb up to the house/ rooms, so just be aware of this. The location is also close to restaurants, supermarkets and a nice bakery/ coffee place. This is where we got our daily coffee (plus the exercise to and from in the morning). Also very close are the public bus stations and you have a bit of a walk to the Troulos beach (15 min). We used our car daily to get around to the beaches, which is very convenient on this western side of the island (very nice beaches all around), but there were also many buses which we see stopping next to all of the beaches up to Koukounaries (and a short walk to Agia Eleni).

Currently, the wifi is not the best to be honest. We actually used our own data most of the stay (but we weren't working or using it too much anyway, plus we have data plan same as home country, across the EU). In some parts you have bit of a stronger signal, but not everywhere. I think that it could need just a booster router (or even just a stronger router with a larger coverage area) and it would solve it easily. For us it wasn't a big impact but if you want to cook more, the smaller kitchen could be impractical.

I was very pleased with this property. It was brand new and everything was clean and spotless. The owners are extremely nice and welcoming. Bathroom was 10/10 and the balcony view was amazing. Definitely worth the price. Very happy

L'emplacement est proche de tout. L'agencement de la maison est très bien. La propriétaire est sympathique et toujours à disposition à n'importe quelle heure. Une fois les ajustements faits ça sera parfait.

Nous étions les premiers locataires donc il manque quelques ajustements: - pas de quoi se couvrir à l'arrivée (pas de draps ou de couverture) - rien pour faire sécher les linges ou les maillots de bains - arrosage abusif du jardin donc impraticable pour les enfants et pieds boueux pour rentrer - manque d'eau chaude, l'eau est à peine tiède pour la 2e douche - pas de rideau de douche donc salle de bain inondée à chaque fois - Nous n'avons pas trouvé le jacuzzi
