Villa George in Skiathos

Villa George liegt mitten in Troulos mit vielen fußläufigen Restaurants und doch ruhig auf einer Anhöhe (weshalb der letzte Weg hoch zur Villa auch recht steil, aber gut machbar ist). Auch perfekt als Ausgangslage zu den schönsten Stränden im Nordwesten. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist unglaublich nett, bringt fast täglich frische Eier von den hauseigenen Hühnern und kommt alle 3 Tage zum Reinigen. Auch die Kommunikation war perfekt. Der Infinitypool ist das Highlight der Villa - an dem Blick konnten wir uns gar nicht satt sehen…

10/10 – An Amazing Stay with Incredible Hosts We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return. The villa was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. The infinity pool was spectacular, with breathtaking views that we never got tired of. Waking up to that outlook each morning was something really special. The owners were wonderful throughout our stay—friendly, attentive and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Nothing was too much trouble, and their hospitality really made a difference. Our kids' favourite part was collecting fresh eggs from the chickens every morning! It was such a lovely touch and something they'll remember for a long time. And of course jumping in the pool, which is maintained immaculately. One thing worth noting is that the villa sits about 100 metres up a fairly steep hill. We actually didn't find it to be a problem because there is a car hire company conveniently located at the bottom of the hill where you can rent a car for around €30 per day, which made getting around very easy. Overall, this was one of the best places we've stayed. Stunning views, an amazing pool, spotless accommodation and fantastic hosts. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at Theta Boutique Hotel. The room was very comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed, while the location was perfect- just a short walk to the Venetian Old Port and the Old Town, with convenient parking nearby. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the incredible hospitality of the owners, Spyros and Irene. They went above and beyond at every opportunity, from arranging reservations and sharing excellent local recommendations to making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. Their warmth and kindness made our trip truly memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Location perfect, beach on one side of the hotel and the Old City on the other. The restaurants to the sea side of the hotel are where the locals eat, lovely food. Hotel is very well kept, super helpful staff, great breakfast.
