Honigtal Farmland

Recomand cu caldura. Apartamentul a fost foarte spatios si curat, mancarea foarte proaspata si consistenta, cu mese tematice in fiecare seara. Piscina este mare si bine ingrijita, la fel si locul de joaca. Un raport calitate-pret excelent.

Mi-a placut tot.

Beautiful and peaceful place surrounded by nature, with lots of trees and animals. The pool area is lovely, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was also very good. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only negative point was the extra charge for using the swimming pool. I think pool access should be included in the accommodation price.

- die Tiere die sich im Bereich der Anlage aufhielten schienen nicht kastriert zu sein, nicht so toll wenn man die diesbezüglichen Verhältnisse in Griechenland betrachtet - vielleicht bin ich ja altersmäßig anders drauf, das ständige Duzen und Ansprache durch einen Vertreter des Personals mit vollem Mund fand ich dann doch störend - ich habe die Unterkunft recht spät gebucht, fast 600€ für 3 Nächte in einem Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern fand ich aber doch sehr ambitioniert

The property itself is good, you have all you need: kitchenette, ac, a lot of space, nice and fresh interior, mosquitoes nets, comfortable mattress and pillows. Nice Mountain view, big terrace. Kind and helpful owners.

Location: Haus Maria located 100m from the main playground and cafe, feels like one separate building. You can’t leave child playing on the playground and look from the balcony like from Haus Dmitri. You have to cross the road, pass the car parking and only then you will enter the complex. Also general location: its 10-12 minutes walking to the beach, you are on the road with cars under the hot sun. Not a problem for one day but for every day, with a lot of beach goods(some of them eg umbrellas can be taken as hotel properties) in hands, a child, several times per day, it may be exhausting. Very poor wi-fi in the building, almost not working. The bed linens supposed to be changed once per 7 days, the changing towels - once per 3 days. In our case the towels were changed only after the reminding on the 5th day of our stay. I think it’s not ok for the hotels not to clean and change the towels every day or at least once per 2 days. Expensive breakfasts. Maybe they are very delicious , don’t know. Price- 17 € per adult and 15 € per child. If you book for a whole stay, it’s 2 pounds cheaper. Other places are twice cheaper… Entertainment for children are subject of paying extra… Overall, it was not bad but not excellent as well. I genuinely think this place is overpriced, as it valued itself like a hotel with high standards but considering the location, lack of cleaning, no entertainment included in the price of stay, almost no WiFi connection, it’s like a private rented property which are 30% cheaper on the island.
