Highly recommended —Our expectations were exceeded

Nikos and his lovely wife went above and beyond to ensure we had a restful time in Arillas. Their warm hospitality made us instantly feel welcome and continued consistently throughout our whole three week long stay. They always made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is spacious, the beds are very comfy. There were mosquito nets (for the door, window and bed), which were very helpful. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to do your own cooking. Everything was very clean and was kept this way to a high standard. The garden is so beautifully kept, which invites to sit on the balcony for hours on end. The gorgeous beach and restaurant, cafés, and shops are only a short walk away. I highly recommend this special place and we will certainly be back!

Perfect!

Nicos, our wonderful host. Such a lovely, friendly and helpful man. Spotlessly clean apartment in a great location about 600 meters from the sandy beach - and at a great price. The north west is my favourite part of Corfu and Arillas doesn’t disappoint. It is also just a short drive to neighbouring San Stefanos and Agios Georgiou.

The property owner were super kind to us and explained all the rules, showed a bit the apartment and also gaveus some ideas of what to do during our days there

It's not fault of the owners, but wait for a many mosquitoes. of course, the owners provide mosquiteiro nets to help ;)

clean and comfortable

Nice clean and comfortable apartment, with a lovely balcony to sit, fly screens on the doors and widows, good bathroom, door separating kitchen area to bedroom. Large water bottle on arrival, and some tea and coffee sachets. Nice garden, easy parking, reasonably quick walk to the beach, friendly hosts.

The add days includes aircon, but in fact you have to pay 5 euro per day to use.

Great place to stay! First of all, it's really clean! We also had cleaning during our stay. The hosts are wonderful and welcome people! Apartment was really big and had big balcony with sunset view. The beach is also close, few minutes by walk. Highly recommend Kokkinos Apartments!

Wonderful vacation in a beautiful island with true corfian hospitality

The host was super nice and attentive. The location was great just 10 min to the beach and 5 min to the best fish restaurant in Arillas.

The mosquitos didn't allow me to open the door in the evening, so I could not use the nice balcony.

Amazing we will be back soon

Nikos the host was generous and welcoming , nothing was too much trouble . He even made sure our taxi got us to the airport on time .. thank you He gave us fresh eggs , potatoes, herbs wine and oil to use. The apartment was cleaned every other day . It was spotless Great to have a mosquito net over the bed !

Superb

For my needs and expectations traveling alone the apartment was perfect. I felt very well taken care off, Nikos and his family were lovely hosts, always helpful and approachable and Nikos even brought me fresh fruit from the garden. I would come back any time. 10 min walking distance from the sea, simple, clean, quiet and peaceful place.

We liked the owner, he is very nice. We talked about the greek traditions and he gave us fresh fruits from his garden. Thank you Nikos! The room is quite big and there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare the breakfast. The bathroom is really small.

You need to pay extra if you use the air conditioning but this isn't a must because the rooms are oriented thru north, so you don't have sun. For us everything was ok except the location. Arillas is a quiet area especially for families. If you are young this is not a place you wanna be.

Superb

Nikos and his wife were incredible friendly. We got some wine from his winery and fresh fruits. There was also water upon our arrival. Our sheets and towels were changed every second day. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. All in all a very pleasant and relaxed stay!

Lovely owners and great value for money

Hospitality was amazing, María & Nikos are great hosts. They shared some of their garden produce, tomatoes, grapes, olive oil and homemade wine. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Small, very clean apartment with good kitchen equipment. Arillas is a lovely village, great beaches and restaurants. Pension Margarita is well worth a shout for Greek salad, lamb & pork chops and sea bream.

Great wee find!

From the moment we arrived right up to we left Nikkos and Maria were very kind and hospitable. The rooms were cleaned almost every day with clean towels and bedding. Nikkos supplied us with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables from his garden, olive oil and wine( which was amazing)

A little bit of heaven.

Lovely peaceful location with view of the sea and countryside. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds with lots of extra blankets to keep you cosy at night at the end of the season. Plenty of hot water. Spotlessly clean. Wonderful helpful generous owners, fresh eggs, olive oil and wine, everything to make a stay more special. We will be back.

There was no breakfast. There was never meant to be. It was self catering

Kitchen equipment was v. poor, and shower room minute and very restrictive. At one point problem with clogged drains but it was rectified.

Exceptionally clean and well-cared for, these apartments are just far enough to be beautifully peaceful yet only a short walk to beach. With lovely gardens and friendly hosts, we had a very comfortable stay and hope to return.

Kokkinos Apartments ha tutto quello che serve per un bel soggiorno a Corfù. È vicino al centro di Arillas, è un punto comodo per visitare tante spiagge, in un'ora si è nel centro di Corfù Old Town. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Gli appartamenti sono essenziali, senza pretese i ma con tutto il necessario e vengono puliti più volte durante il soggiorno, le asciugamani vengono cambiate, i materassi sono comodi. È molto silenzioso e tranquillo. Un'atmosfera serena. Pomodorini, fichi e uva che si possono cogliere direttamente dalle piante del giardino. Un rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimo.

Sehr schönes, einfaches und gut gelegenes Apartment mit netten Besitzer

Ich war mit meiner Tochter eine Woche zu Gast in Kokkinos Apartments und wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und der Besitzer immer hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Das Apartment klein, einfach, mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und uns wohlgefühlt, außerdem wurde alle zwei Tage die saubergemacht und Handtücher gewechselt. Das Haus ist sehr schön mit den vielen Blumen und von der Lage her auch, alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Einzig die knatternden Motorräder oder Quads stören nachts, falls man mal mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte.

Kleines hübsches Apartment

Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hat in seinem Appartement wirklich an alles gedacht. Neben einer voll ausgestatteten Küche gibt es sogar Moskitonetze übern Bett und auch am Balkon. Die waren auch nötig, selten soviele Stechbiester erlebt. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit und auch die Doppelbucht oder Agios Stefanos könnte man erlaufen. Im Ort empfehle ich den Supermarkt Kostas, der ist größer und preiswerter als die kleinen Kioske an der Strandpromenade, man läuft halt ein Stückchen. Alles war sehr sauber, Betten sind bequem und es gibt genügend Verstaumöglichkeiten. Am Strand keine natürlichen Schattenplätze, Liegen und Sonnenschirme zu üblichen Preisen. Läuft man sehr weit nach links, beginnt ein kleiner FKK Strand (nicht offiziell) und es wird einsamer (und somit schöner und ruhiger), aber auch steiniger, Wasserschuhe empfehlenswert.

Ich hatte das Problem, dass ich den Balkonzugang nicht verschließen konnte. Habe mich damit abgefunden, ev habe ich mich zu doof angestellt, aber ich habe ihm nicht zu bekommen.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado, totalmente equipado para unos días. El trato fue excelente y el casero en todo momento estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades. Recomiendo la estancia enormemente.

Parfait !

Le logement est tout à fait fonctionnel. Le lit est confortable. L endoit est charmant , très propre et l extérieur est très agréable. Nous etions les seuls dans le bâtiment et donc nous avons pu bénéficier du plus grand calme. Le logement est bien situé, près de porto timoni et d une grande plage et pour finir notre hôte a été d une très grande gentillesse et bonté tout au long de notre séjour.
