Great base for Arillas and surrounding area.

Friendly owner. Excellent location. Studio was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended - we have already booked again for 2026.

Very nice apartment close to everything

Very nice Apartment with AC, 10 min walk from beach, restaurants, supermarket. The owner Thanassis is very friendly and you can get a sun umbrella for the beach, when you ask. We had everything we needed. Nice Garden.

The bathroom was not very clean and the rug was old, so we couldn´t get it much cleaner ourselves.

A nightmare of vacation

We got robbed and someone searched through our things. The owner did not show any compassion, empathy or any help.

Great location, clean, personal touch & quiet but close to beach & town.

A super clean, quiet place, also you hardly notice the others. It is a short walk to the beach and town and ideal if you go to Colibri. The owner meets you when you arrive or picks you up at local bus stop.

Not much to dislike, but kitchen utensils like knifes & forks, cups & are a bit of a mix. It's all fine, but would make even a nicer feel if it was more of a set.

Wonderful stay!

Clean, comfortable, good air con and a 5 min walk from beach. Very near the Gayatri Mandir and the Colibri Farm. Thanakis was welcoming and helpful. Would recommend these apartments

Nice place in Arillas.

Good location, close to the beach and place Gyatri Mandir. Near Vavilas fish taverna. Towels are changed frequently. The owner is kind, available and helpful always if some needs.

Only some sugestions. The floor towel in shower room is very, very necessary. A better quality and bigger pan for cooking would be nice. And for first day some drinking water...

Fabulous, will return again soon

the host met me personally , took my suitcase to my room for me, provided a bottle of water, gave me a tour of the apartment, gave me directions to where I was going to a retreat and to the beach and shops. He was very friendly, very helpful and available every morning and some afternoons, evenings, should I have needed him

just the walk to the beach in the heat but nothing with the apartment, oh and the mosquitoes too.

Super Lage, nahe Zentrum, ruhige Strasse, Balkone mit Morgensonne, nahe zum Strand.

Moskitos sind auch bei geschlossenen Türen hinein gekommen.

Für den Preis passabel.

Klimaanlage (aber tropft viel auf dem Balkon, nicht den Wäscheständer drunter stellen!), fußläufig Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants erreichbar, relativ ruhig (aber morgens viel Verkehr). Wasser immer warm, Badezimmer relativ neu.

Küchenausstattung schlecht & Anders als beschrieben: keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Backofen, Besteck genau abgezählt (maximal drei Gabeln etc.), Geschirr und Schubladen alt und dreckig, alter Abwaschschwamm… generell relativ sauber, aber Spinnweben, der Schrank ist unbenutzbar durch Gestank nach Mottenkugeln. Morgens wird man (jeden zweiten Tag) um zehn Uhr durch Klopfen geweckt, damit geputzt werden kann. Check-Out sehr unflexibel, trotz Aushang im Zimmer, dass man bis 12 Uhr darf, wird noch vor elf geklopft, dass man raus muss. WLAN viel mehrfach aus, einmal gab es für ein paar Stunden kein Wasser nach Unwetter.

Très calme à côté de la mer et des commerces place de parking. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Double terrasse une pour étendre le linge et l’autre pour petit déjeuner

La posizione della casa è ottimae tranquilla,si raggiunge la bella spiaggia di Arillas a piedi...il monolocale è minimalista con scarse stoviglie ma il proprietario è una persona gentile e disponibile!

Basterebbe poco per rendere il monolocale più accogliente...mancano stoviglie!
