The quality and attention of the staff is unbelievable. I read great reviews but the reality was even above the expectations.
Do not call a cab in front of the hotel - just walk a few meters and pick on the main road. Easier for everyone!

Strategic location, near the Lama Temple. We booked the 2 levels room which was beautiful, elegant and clean. What we appreciated the most is the staff, very reactive and kind, always available for any kind of request. A special thanks to Anna, Lucy and Nina for the amazing support. They make our stay in Beijing so special!

The location of the accommodation is excellent. The room facilities are truly top-notch. The entire hotel is beautiful and very clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here, genuinely 10/10! The room was flawless, spacious and beautifully kept, with plenty of room for everything we needed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, with a special mention to Anna, who was absolutely wonderful and made us feel so well looked after.
The included breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety, and we were also treated to snacks and bottled water throughout our stay, which was such a lovely touch. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff, and their hospitality really made our stay in Beijing even more enjoyable.
