El personal del hotel muy amable. Al hacer la reserva no sabía que habían habitaciones sin ventanas, pero a la hora del check-in nos lo han informado y nos han dado un upgrade a una habitación con ventana, que al final nos vino bien para no sentirnos claustrofóbicos o por no tener luz natural. El desayuno estaba bien. Limpieza genial. Y ubicación muy buena, facil de encontrar y de salir caminando por la zona.
Las habitaciones son relativamente pequeñas, lo que puede ser molesto si vas con mucho equipaje.

The staff was super helpful and helped us with any questions we had. Breakfast was good, nothing over the head, but a pleasant experience.
The hotel is located pretty close to the subway and has plenty of stores & restaurants around!
I only got the chance to spend one night, and I got a good sleep.
I feel that the room was slightly outdated, with minor repairs here and there, a scent of tobacco, and generally struggling AC.
I do understand that in the summer the city is very dusty, but it would be appreciated to take care of the windows from time to time.
