Check in was severely delayed by more than 2hours and was not given a proper explaination on why the room was not ready. Staff gave reasons like plates were not clean and was thus unable to get the room ready, which does not reasonably explain the delay. We were made to wait without proactive updates, we had to ask for updates.
Objectively the room was big and relatively clean but very outdated and furnishings show signs of severe wear and tear. Gym was small and not well equiped. Overall a bad experience.
