We were met by Salvatore. He arrived on time and was very helpful. He gave us clear instructions & also explained the facilities in the apartment. We even had a welcome bottle of wine.

The location was fantastic with incredible view over the marina and access to all the main roads to the key sights. Salvador was fantastic at check in and gave us a great idea of the area and what to do. He is a credit to Ci’Vala House and his English was very good and his enthusiasm endearing.
There was an iron which was great, but needs an ironing board!

The location is perfect, literally 2 mins walk from the historical centre of Palermo. The apartment itself is very modern, with a great kitchen, dinning area, very nice bathroom and plenty of space/storage. Amazing view of the marina from the window, especially at sunset. Salvatore was the perfect host, gave us a very detailed greeting and made himself available for any questions we may have during our stay.
Nothing, we had no complaints.
