Beautifully presented boutique accommodation which is a stone's throw from the beach. This was my second stay while working in Opotiki and I will gladly come back on my next trip.

The cottage was lovely. Very serene location
The fact that we paid for a Spa Bath accommodation at the location to find out, after we paid full price for a Spa bath unit, that we were not allowed to use it due to water restrictions. The proprietor did not tell us this when we went to pay the Spa Bath price. He did not advise us, when paying for the room, that we were not able to use the Spa bath.
This is an integrity concern. The owner should have offered us the non Spa Bath unit price but decided not to disclose this to us when paying for the room.
