The bathroom was dated, shower liners cracked and spongy underneath.
The mattress either needed to be upgraded or a mattress topper used.
Everything else about the room was perfect and the staff engagement was excellent.

Accommodation was clean and staff were friendly. Good off street parking. The room we had, was a little dated and requires minor maintenance (cracks in shower wall and loose tap), however this would NOT stop us from staying again.

We were very happy with our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this stay. The main town center 5 minutes walk to restaurants, shops, and the riverside. There is also a walkway that leads down to the river mouth, about a 20-minute walk. It's beautiful.

A lovely place to stay, the Managers were very welcoming, helpful and friendly.
Moved rooms to one without stairs, no problem at all.
