About this bed and breakfast
Very quiet and private little oasis with your own private back yard with a BBQ. Your space is yours and your privacy is important to us. We take pride in our property and your place is spotless and lovely and clean. (Check out what our guests have said about their stay!)
Enjoy a sleep in with block out curtains in the bedroom.
Lovely stroll to the beach through the reserve in just 8 mins away and a 1.5km walk to the Palm Beach shopping center, library and Fashion Island. Several lovely restaurants are close by and the Papamoa Tavern hosts many artists for a fun night.

Pets allowed by approval
Not suitable for very young children as there is is no fence to the reserve water ways on the reserve.
A minimum of 2 nights on weekends and public holidays
Extras: All linen included.

Tidy the house, do dishes before you leave and leave the property as you founds it.

We had the most lovely stay here. Di and Rob were both wonderful to deal with and it’s a bigger place than I imagined and lovely and cozy Everything we needed and the walks out the door were great with my pup. Thank you for having us and I look forward to returning Kimberly

Very clean, upscale property. Modern and updated and well equipped. Great host and beautiful kitchen, living area, etc. Only negative was the bed-- too soft for my liking.

Outstanding property in an excellent location. Would have been 5 stars except for the bed. The mattress looked like it was 20 years old, fabric all sagging and stretched - the springs were way past best by date and offered absolutely no support. My hips were sunk down low and I had a sore back plus very little sleep. Very disappointing. Why have a bed in this condition for an executive property? This was our "honeymoon"
