About this bed and breakfast
Very quiet and private little oasis with your own private back yard with a BBQ. Your space is yours and your privacy is important to us. We take pride in our property and your place is spotless and lovely and clean. (Check out what our guests have said about their stay!)
Enjoy a sleep in with block out curtains in the bedroom.
Lovely stroll to the beach through the reserve in just 8 mins away and a 1.5km walk to the Palm Beach shopping center, library and Fashion Island. Several lovely restaurants are close by and the Papamoa Tavern hosts many artists for a fun night.

Pets allowed by approval
Not suitable for very young children as there is is no fence to the reserve water ways on the reserve.
A minimum of 2 nights on weekends and public holidays
Extras: All linen included.

Tidy the house, do dishes before you leave and leave the property as you founds it.

Dianne was a lovely host, very welcoming. Very private separate one bedroom house from main house with full kitchen. Very clean and tidy.

Diane was there to welcome us. The place was clean, spacious, and located in a beautiful spot. It was a 5 minute walk to our family and 8 minutes to a beautiful beach! We hope to return.

We enjoyed a wonderful 2 night stay at our beautiful Vrbo in Papamoa! We were greeted by our lovely host who showed us around our unit. It had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay in the most desirable location and walking distance to Papamoa Beach. Definitely should have stayed longer ! Thanks so much !

Diane was very friendly to both me and my little dog, Poppy. The accomodation was beautiful and very convenient to going to the beach.
The house is next door to a reserve.
The only negarive was I found the bed very soft.
