Welcome Bay Garden Retreat with private guest suite in tranquil garden setting

We loved the personal touch in the house, from the decor to the breakfast. Everything was perfect and peaceful, and it felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The included continental breakfast was a highlight, especially the jam and croissants, which were amazing. Our hosts were humble and polite, and made us feel truly welcome. We'll definitely come back!

I've been a travel agent & stayed in many properties and this one stands out as a favourite. the host is totally amazing. clearly gives you your own space however is a nice feeling knowing that they're such beautiful people. you stay separate from the house with the door locked in between so it's like staying in a hotel. the décor is most pleasing to the eye which creates a feeling that you are in a 5 star hotel while having that cosy homely feel with a vase Of freshly cut flowers on our table. lovely linen and thick towels. perfect shower. immiculate path entry to your room with rocks that shimmer sparkles and flowers that smile. Our limited dietary requirements were accommodated with ease and breakfast was exceptionally fresh, nutritious and very tasty. I'm glad we stayed here instead of mount manganui as it didn't take long to drive the beach. the best thing about this place is it has a nice feel to it. I'm about to explore the walks here located just around the corner...

Joking: We only stayed one night, I recommend staying here as long as you can. There's nothing not to like here. ; - )
