Ocean View

Just perfect for my daughter and I - thanks Glynis I will be staying again as have site visits in Ohope.

Stone throw away from the beach. Low noise level. Was nice to get milk in a jug on a tray in the fridge rather than those stupid capsules. On the tray were chocolate kitkats a nice touch. Hosts were very welcoming. Loved our overnight stay.

I Cannot recommend Ocean View Motel enough! From the moment we arrived until the second we left, the hospitality was absolutely top-tier. ​Our family was checking out of our previous accommodation early in the morning, which left us with nowhere to go and stuck out in the cold. Ocean View Motel went above and beyond by accommodating an early check-in before their standard 1:00 PM time, which saved our day and meant the world to us! The penthouse appartment met all our needs - spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The views of the beach and sea just across the road are absolutely breathtaking! As we drove off after check-out, the owners Glynis and Pat actually stood outside to wave goodbye to us. What an incredible, personal touch, it made us feel so valued and is something our family will never forget! We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone visiting the area. ​

Paradise! Best location down westend Ohope. We stayed 4 nights in Penthouse upstairs and it was fabulous. Outlook directly to the beach across a quiet road. Plenty of space for a family with everything you need. Very clean and daily linen change. Sunny airy and feels private. We enjoyed so much we stayed an additional 2 nights and moved to one of the1 bedroom units upstairs with Sea and bush views. Very nice indeed. Clean and comfortable with everything you need. We liked being by the bush for a change. Feel the nature with views out to the moana. Spacious balcony and good sense of privacy. Glynis and Pat are lovely discreet hosts gave us some fishing spot tips. Ali and Colleen (staff) were obliging and friendly. Highlight was catching fish for dinner and watching the Orca chasing stingray right there in the bay. Would definitely book again.
