The view was amazing . Fantastic gardens.

Everything was amazing can’t fault anything!

The location of the property was perfect being in an elevated position providing spectacular views of Lake Como and Bellagio from both the garden and the apartment. The apartment is in excellent condition with a good functioning kitchen a modern clean bathroom and all the items required to make a short or longer term stay very pleasant. Of note is the good functioning air-conditioning which was required and appreciated during the recent heat wave - thankyou. The host is onsite and provided significant information upon arrival and also provided a well presented and informative folder of information on the apartment including ferry/bus information, local attractions and dining options. This is a premium apartment that has everything you could possibly require in what must be the best location in Bellagio. Absolutely fabulous!

The view was beautiful and the location was outside of the congestion found in town. The room was spacious and there was a lovely outdoor space.

The walk to town included a long hill on cobblestones and was about 30 minutes. The bus was unreliable and we had to drag our luggage a long way. The photo advertised a continental breakfast but this was only provided on the first day and was minimal. The traffic noise was loud in our unit.

Incredible views, modern beautiful apartment and easy to get around Bellagio and Como in general.
