Filthy, poorly maintained, and unbearable to stay in, and our repeated complaints to Munro were completely ignored.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Argyle Square, Flat 3. The flat was dirty, uncomfortable, and poorly maintained. There was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the kitchen and living area that made us feel physically unwell. Specific issues included dirty crockery, greasy surfaces, unusable TV, a missing fridge shelf, only one toilet roll for the entire stay, and stained, unhygienic towels and tea towels. The sofa was filthy and far too small, forcing us to sit on broken dining chairs. We repeatedly raised these issues with Munro during our stay, but our complaints were ignored multiple times. The lack of response and the appalling condition of the flat made our experience completely unacceptable.

Needed upgrading. Hall carpets stained. Very dim lighting. In kitchen area. Tv control didn't work properly. Difficult to control water temperature in the shower Very hot ! ! Iron board cover hopeless Only 3 chairs at the table . Should be 4 ! Only 2 seater settee in apartment for 4

The Kitchen was well equipped Bathroom was nice and modern It was in a good location

We visited Seaham and had fish and chips and looked for sea glass. It was lovely.

The location suited us well as we were travelling on to Durham.

We liked it all, it was nice to get away and we enjoyed our stay.

Very good

Everywhere was clean. Bedroom space was good. Communication and booking was easy and helpful. Location enabled eating out easy, also lots of places deliver in the area. An ideal base for days out. Wifi available.

The shared living space was small but we did have 6 guests. The location appeared quite run down outside.
