- friendly and helpful staff - good location close to train and bus routes, big Lotte department store - quiet and clean rooms with bed, table, AC, a TV, mini-fridge (very small), slippers, tissues, cups, and two fluffy white towels - clean bathroom with shower, toilet, toilet paper, high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - great breakfast with eggs (fry yourself or take a pre-grilled egg), salt and pepper, sugar, cooking oil, butter, jam, ham, instant noodles, bread, milk, orange or grape juice, and unlimited coffee - free laundry (8:00-21:30), can borrow drying racks - can leave luggage before/after checking in/out - can use kitchen after breakfast - hot/cold water dispensers on each floor

- beds are a little firm - only 1 room key - shower and toilet in same space but that’s common in Korea - mini-fridge is tiny, no big shared fridge for other food - common kitchen is very narrow and crowded so a little dangerous

Great location handy to the fish market, lots of local restaurants and attractions. Nice friendly atmosphere in the guesthouse.

Very small room but it was good value for money.

Very accessible to the market , restaurants, and transportation.

I like everything only some noise could be heard inside our unit but it's tolerable and breakfast is served at 8 am so it's quite late fo us because we are an early riser🙂 and we checked-out early also.

The simple, yet tasty breakfast (everyday eggs&ham tost - if you want to be a pan operator; cereal and coffee/juice). Rooms are tiny. Amenity includes laundry (however there is only one washing machine per 4 flours so it might be difficult to use it). City is a real metropolia so the benefit of location is nearest underground and closeness of train station.

Bathrooms are in Asian/ Italian style where shower goes on ground so everything is wet. Floor has stains of this room is lacking equipment to clean it.
