    The location is a little out of the way from the touristy areas but otherwise a very nice time.

    Some cleaning lady opened our door early in the morning giving us quite the scare. Though she was apologetic , but the hotel was nonchalant about it. I wouldn't recommend it.

    Location was good. Room is smaller than it seemed. The sheets had stains, lobby looked really shabby. But for the price, it’s fine. However, the front desk staff had a very bad attitude. Not just one staff, but a handful of them. They were unfriendly and not helpful at all. They gave a very nonchalant attitude and when I called the front desk to ask for help, the staff even hung up on me. I had to go down to the lobby to get a solution to my problem. The staff in question, Ms Yang, did not even bother to apologize. Would not ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

    The location is far from the airport it takes 1 hours then if you reach the hotel. The convinient thing. Is near the. Lotte mall and walking distance to the street food. And small myeongdong. And the rooms view. Is. Good. Perfect ocean view. The lobby is quite dirty they should clean it it's the. Entrance of the people. Who is checking in and the staff is.
