    Cozy and clean hotel. Room size is big enough for 4 of us. Free laundry and dryer at level 7. Friendly and helpful male receptionist. Free coffee/tea on arrival from MEGA COFFEE next to hotel. Weighing scale also available for checking our luggage. Phone charging devices next to bed. Strong water pressure. Bidet toilet. Highly recommended!

    Unfortunately, no one mentioned the persistent smell in the room, which was the biggest issue with my stay. I would not recommend Room ***. The room seemed to have been recently renovated or worked on in some way, as there was a very strong and persistent chemical/construction-like smell every time I entered the room. Even with the windows open and the air conditioning running at the same time, the smell did not go away. It was not a typical sewage or drain smell. It was more like the smell I experienced in a temporary exhibition hall at the Busan National Maritime Museum. I reported the issue to the front desk, and I had the impression that they were aware of what might be causing it, but no clear explanation was provided. Unfortunately, the property was fully booked, so I was unable to change rooms. On the positive side, the room itself was very spacious and clean. However, the persistent smell was a big no for me and significantly affected my stay. I would recommend checking the room carefully before booking, especially Room ***.
