Maybe a little that is too big :))) I got lost first day but everyone helped me

The host was very responsive and managed to get us a parking space which was not easy at all. The apart is bigger than most with the same price.

Kopaonik in general around this place is poorly organised. The place is great value for money but could have some small things which do not cost alot like dishwasher tablets and trash bags.

The apartment was big enough for 4 people, clean and cozy. The location was amazing - right in Kraljevi Cardaci building. There is a ski buss that takes you to the ski lifts and stops right in front of Cardaci complex. The apartment owner was helpful and very responsive to our messages. We will be back definitely.

Our apartment [No. 9-50] is part of the hotel complex "Kraljevi Cardaci" but privately owned. The owner, Ninoslav, was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. When we arrived to the location and had trouble with the parking [5 people, two cars], he quickly sorted it out for us with one car parked a bit more remotely as it wouldn't move for the duration of our stay, and the other close to the hotel with easier access. The apartment was clean, warm and cozy, you can adjust the heat on the heaters, and there's also a small fireplace [but you need to buy the wood for it separately; one bag of wood cost us 800rsd], with a fully equipped kitchenette [microwave, kettle, oven, dishwasher (but no liquid for it), a few pots and pans, cutting board, cutting knives (rather blunt and hard to cut with), plates, silverware, cups for tea/coffee (but not enough glasses, unless you're ok with using plastic ones, like those colourful ones for kids or to take on picnics). The mattresses on the beds were comfortable, the pillows big and soft and the blankets nice and warm. My husband and I were in the smaller bedroom where you can see a bunk-bed and a singe bed in one line in the photos provided in the listing [photo No. 9, with the orange blankets]; the single bed that's under the window has a small pull-out compartment underneath it where you wedge two small mattress pieces and get an extended bed [about 120-140cm wide from single bed], it was comfortable for my husband and I! There's enough space in cupboards and closets [with a fair amount of hangers in them] for clothes and stuff, but nowhere to put the suitcases if you plan on fully unpacking. Any issues we had were quickly sorted out by the owner after calling or texting him, like the broken showerhead which he changed right away. And you can use the hotel amenities like the spa, restaurant and bars [at extra cost of course].

At the reception of the hotel my Serbian friends asked about parking and were told by one rather rude receptionist that the hotel parking is reserved for "hotel guests only" with prior reservation [at 1000rsd per day]. Since I made the booking, I went in for more inquiries [in English this time, they seemed to be more polite with foreigners] with the other two receptionists and after showing them the listing I was told that technically we're not quests of the hotel but of the private owner, and he can state whatever he wants, it has nothing to do with them, and we can just block some cars and leave our details if we want. I called Ninoslav and he quickly sorted out the parking for us. But, when it came time to pay him the next day it turned out that the parking costs 3000rsd total [two cars for 3 days; really not bad compared to other prices, but definitely not "private parking free of charge"]. After we got sorted in the apartment, we went for dinner at the restaurant of the hotel. Dinner is 1300rsd per person and buffet style with a few different dietary options and the food is kept in food warmers but gets cold as soon as you put it on your plate. Same with breakfast [700rsd per person], and also their card payment system didn't work half the time, bring cash! Back at our apartment we realized there wasn't any WC paper in the bathroom, so called reception. They said someone will come soon and nothing happened for the next hour [and when we called them again 3-4 times, no one would pick up], so I had to call Ninoslav again and it was sorted. No towel change either but I wasn't bothered as we had out own.
