Apartman NERA - u Kraljevim čardacima Kopaonik

The apartment 10/13 was completely equipped with everything you would normally need, cookware, towels, pillows. Room has a decent size, amenities are quite good. Easy access to local MAXI store, right around the corner. Hotel retsaurant with very good food.

First of all the cigarette smell of the carpet on the hallway. The heating system, with an electric radiator on the wall was doing it's job however the noise it makes constantly would keep you awake in the nights. The boiler in the bathroom was dripping. There was some mold at the window, due to condensation you cannot avoid even though you keep the door opened. It was not clear from the beginning that being a private apartment in this complex, nothing is included - parking, SPA, bus to Kopaonik, etc. I will book with the hotel directly next time, where you have the SPA included, the BUS included, parking included - of course for extra money but all in all cheaper than if you pay for them separately.

Наложи се предварително плащане,понеже Сърбия не е в ЕС платих такса за превод към тяхната банка около 50€. Цените в Спа центъра са доста завишени.

To be honest I liked everything about it. It is the same as in the pictures, it is clean the wi-fi is working perfectly. The location is awesome the host is awesome. I am like 11/10 for this property here.

The front door was a bit harder to be opened, that was literally all. Nothing else.

Lovely! Clean, warm and beds comfortable. Room and bathroom exactly as seen on pictures. Kitchenette has everything you need. Easy comunication with the owner and hotel reception! Food in the restaurant is delicious and dinner is around 30euro/couple with a drink. Public bus right in front of the complex that takes you to the slopes, every hour(goes only 3 times in the morning) and cost around 5e/couple, round trip. The wellness spa is good and relaxing and costs 25euro/person/day. There is a shop(mini market) in and next to the complex. ATM at reception. In this complex you can pay for almost everything with card. I had a wonderful time during skiing season and I'm looking forward to go again.

They still deserve 10* rating but is better for guests(not only) to know! :) Since is a complex of aparments and hotel rooms there shoulb be some discount for apartment guests when going to spa and also the "hotel" free bus that takes the hotel guest to slopes should accommodate also the apartment guest even if there is a small fee. A bit of a problem with the parking but the staff is handling the situation pretty well. In case there is no free parking there is one where you have to pay around 9e/night(I didn't use it because at the time of my arrival somebody else was leaving) Reservation payment was done as bank transfer but I didn't got charged extra.
