It was clean, spacy, had hairdryer, vacumcleaner, dishes in the kitchen, good wifi.
It could be hotter in the rooms.

Very clean, nice, confortable. You have ski bus included everyday from 8:30 untill 17:00. Very good food at the restaurants and at 50m there is also supermarket. I do recommand this place.
There is no ski deposit.

warm room, decent clean, silence, nice heat floor
No information about the 4th floor and NO ELEVATOR. Is a lot of fun to go upstairs with ski equipment...
The private room have other regime than the hotel, even are in the same space. The hotel staff is rude and deny us even to have paid breakfast... No acces to any kind of parking.
Every day was a strugle to convince to have acces to the parking to can charge our EV at one of the 2 chargers in the basement (which are 24 ours no-ocupied). Always receive the same escuse: you are not guest of the hotel, but a private room... This Kraljevi Čardaci have to make some order in their relation with the owners of the rooms and publish some clear terms and conditions for those. Nobony know nothing...
