Beautiful scenery and good food, but the wellness part and the service is disappointing

The scenery was beautiful and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to chose from. The apartment is modern and the beds are comfortable. We loved the floor heating. The waiters are also really helpful, however it seems they work all day.

There was no reception at all, it was also not clear where is the main entrance, so we asked someone. Then another man came and showed us the room but nobody asked about our name or ID or passport or if we have a reservation. The apartment was nice but based on the advertisement we expected a more furnished kitchen (with a water bioler or kitchen towels). On the photos there were much more glasses, mugs and cutlery in the apartment. In our case it would have been important because we travelled there for New Year's Eve and we brought some meals from home but we couldn't heat them up as there was no microwave. Anyway, we solved that. The next day we wanted to use the wellness stuff as it was in the ads and the main reason we chose this place was that it had a thermal bath+sauna, this would have been our main activity in the afternoon. We asked about it after breakfast (at the only person we could find from the staff), but the waiter knew nothing about it, he said we can use it after 6pm. We were a bit disappointed, but went there at 6, and we saw that the cleaning lady were drying used towels in the Turkish bath, the sauna is not switched on and the whole place seems as if nobody had used it since summer. The staff used the room as a changing room, and there was no thermal bath at all. We waited for 15 minutes then asked the waiter again. It turned out there is no such thing as "use the wellness only after 6pm", he asked for apology and set up the sauna for us. Then we went to the restaurant to have our last dinner, and there was no menu, the waiter told us, "it is not ready yet", so we had to chose from random food he listed, without knowing the exact prices. The food was delicious though.

Best accommodation in Kopaonik! Ski heaven

Beautiful apartments, with amazing hosts, great breakfast and drive to ski center service. Spa included (sauna and steam room) which is also very nice for ski trips. Amazing restorant in the building, every dish was outstanding (and we tried most of the menu). We came back for the second time this year and we plan to continue coming to this place as a family tradition.

The offroad to the apartment can be tricky, it will be good to have it more accessible.

Nice appartment with really nice hosts

Hosts and personell in the restaurant were awesome. The view from the appartment was nice. Nice backyard where kids can play around. We missed the breakfast (we were 15 minutes late) and host and personell prepared nice breakfast for us in a couple of minutes.

One thing that might be improved is cleanliness. Breakfast was nice, but the lunch we had was not fresh (bread, burger and chicken fingers tasted really stale).

We got an upgrade. We rented a studio and were given a comfortable apartment. The hosts were super nice :).

We chose the accommodation because of the buffet offer. But contrary to the advertised we had no buffet breakfast. The offered breakfast was good but we were not given the chance to choose what to have for breakfast. :(

great location , amazing nature view from room, professional and pleasant stuff, cosy restaurant with beautiful fire place and delicious food, although there was no snow we could enjoy long walk through wood -path starting just by hotel, and we were lucky to see some wild animals and amazing nature of the mountain

the Rooms where on the first and second floor, there was no elevator hence had to carry all the luggage, the way from the main road to the hotel wasn’t good, due to the snow the cars got stuck. breakfast menu could also improve

Breakfast is excellent. Location is next to woods, more secluded but not too far main road. Backyard is nice for kids.

Road is not paved, cars with very low clearance could have problem during bad weather.

Breakfast is sweedish table, all the local grocerys you can have, all the typical breakfast foods they give, it was perfect. Location is easy to reach, all the rooms has balcony and view to the mountans. They provide all the help for skiing, hiking, motor vehicle rides, and they hop you to the ski areas in every half an hour. They have a great restaurant area, where you can order the local specialities.

Cute and Cozy Hotel

I like the size and space of the room. The hosts were nice and food was pretty good. They have live music on the weekends. It’s nice that they drive you to the ski center. Aca was awesome!

The food was decent, some options could’ve been better. We didn’t have our car at the property because the road wasn’t plowed so that was a little stressful. No elevator.

Amazing stay, two brother owners were super friendly and helpful, pointed us to some great walking paths, and were accommodating and helpful every step of the way, location is great, close to a Market and the main road, will come back again definitly!!

Am avut transportul asigurat spre si de la partie, mic-dejunul a fost bogat si foarte gustos, apartamentul curat si spatios, dotat cu toate cele necesare, inclusiv bucatarie.

Minunat!

Totul la superlativ! Personal foarte amabil, mancare extrem de buna, locatie foarte frumoasa si linistita. Ne-a placut atat de mult incat am prelungit vacanta.

Singurul minus pe care il au este drumul de acces pana la locatie, nu este nivelat nici asfaltat, dar asa nu tine de ei, in zona sunt mai multe proprietati.
