Шикарное место расположения. Вся необходимая инфраструктура расположена на расстоянии не более 200 метров. Пляжи так же рядом. До старого города 10 минут неспешным шагом. Место вечернего променада - бульвар и набережня так же в двух шагах. Цена недёшевая, может даже изрядно завышенная, но в пик туристического сезона вряд ли стоит ожидать скидок на жильё))
Из недостатков могу отметить отсутствие прямого вида на море. Сейчас первая линия активно застраивается новыми отелями и скро они реально перекроют весь обзор из ранее построенных домов.
