Great location - around restaurants and walking distance to most things.
Seagulls were loud but the hotel has nothing to do with that. Just bring earplugs and be grateful to be able to walk along the river!

Location was very good
-The bathroom and toilet did not have proper ventilation, therefore there was continuous bad smell which was unavoidable and not acceptable.
-Slippers were not available which is very strange. Nowadays every hotel, even 2 star ones offer them.
-Our room was very noisy till midnight due to some unbearable so called musicians and nearby bars and restaurants, plus garbage collections in the early morning.

Breakfast, location, staff
First room had the velux window broken and couldn't be closed. it should have been spotted bu staff and repaired.
Second room was good, but overall very noisy. Seagulls screams just outside the windows, could not sleep well any of the nights. It needs much better windows or ways to keep seagulls away.
