    They offer express check in when booking. It is one of the benefits mentioned. I arrived there after a 24+ hour travel without any sleep and a long walk from the Thai/Laos border (no taxis available) and they simply refused to give me my room key. I messaged them before that I would arrive after 21:00. There was a boy at the reception desk who didn't know what to do. He couldn't find my reservation even after showing him my Agoda reservation on my phone and refused to do anything. Later another man arrived who also couldn't find anything. After a while I just took some keys and walked to the second floor to find a room myself. Only after doing this they agreed to give me a room. I am still upset about this experience. I advise against booking this hotel unless they first replace the reception staff with people who are actually capable.

    I like the place since the restaurant is beside the hotel and the terminal is walking distance.

    Good hotel for a solo traveler.

    Not really bad, but very strange and not really recommendable! Actually, you have two (both not very good, if I believe a person who was in the other part of the building) hotels in the same building. Rooms are noisy and not conveniently designed. Bathrooms are not dirty, but have a bad smell. Balconies on the top floor are not convenient; you are surrounded by walls, and you have to be very tall to manage to see something. PS: Although I was given a price in baht on Agoda, the person at the counter told he had to convert in dollars, before converting again in baht! Then I ended to pay in baht much more than what the original price on Agoda. Furthermore, Agoda has not yet been able to give me the payback which was supposed to be available from the 9th December 2024.
