The staff was friendly and helpful. The room is well furnished and has all you need.
It is a bit far out in the outskirts. It shouldn't be advertised as close to the Changi airport Singapore. The logistics of staying there and going into Singapore is not easy as that. The immigration area is a hassle. It is tiring. I ended up just staying in and cancelling my plans of being in Singapore the next day. I felt robbed by the advertiser.
