Onyado Satsuki is a very nice place to relax and enjoy high quality onsen bath. The food served is very good both dinner and breakfast.
The concept with the lobby where you can enjoy drinks and snacks is very nice. The hotel room is classic japanese style, spacious and comfortable.
The staff is very young and international. They give their best but they could improve in serving and presenting the amazing food at the dinner table with more passion. Maybe with more experience they will be more attentive and everything will be smoother and faster.

初めて宿泊する旅館でしたがフロントの方々の対応も良く、気持ち良く過ごせました。
温泉は源泉掛け流しで広く露天風呂もあり気持ち良かったです。
朝食も美味しくいただきました。

Breakfast and dinner was great.
Location was a little far from the city, but that's what we were looking for.
The room was small for 4 people, it could have been better if we were provided with a bigger room or be informed that 2 rooms were needed to accommodate 4 people.
