The Heating system was working properly, hot water was avialable all the time and the location was ideal, few minutes walk to a nice cafe and restaurant with view to lake from the balcony.

Bathroom was too small, matress was of medium quality, common shared spaces (kitchen and living room) need refreshment. It would be preferable not to have any carpets unless they were perfectly clean, which they were not.

The password of the wifi includs more then 10characters, some capital letters, some numbers and some regular letters, it waz ails to connect. The parking place is in the road, it was dangerous so we parked not so close In the night the hitting turnd of and it was cold in the room All the time the lady told us to be quite because somebody is sleeping in the next room. A scenic spot with views over Lake Plastiras, owner is very effusive and welcoming. A place with real rural character. A hearty breakfast is included and rooms are spotless and feature balconies, very good value for money here. Nice taverna five minutes walk away. Although not the fault of the proerty, we would point out that, especially for a last minute stopover, this attractive village is not really very near Karditsa, by road it is quite far into the mountains one sees in the distance from Karditsa, so allow time if driving from there.
