The place was perfectly located near the beach and in walking distance of a few mini grocery stores and restaurants. The owner was very nice and relaxed and there were clean beds and towels every time we got back to our room
It is a pretty steep hill, so that’s something to keep in mind. We didn’t mind but maybe someone else could

Lovely location, only couple minutes walk away from beautiful beach Lemonakia. Our host Maria was very welcoming, she upgraded our room when she learned it is our honeymoon. Rooms are getting cleaned everyday. Very calm and peaceful Environment around the hotel, and an amazing view from the garden. Pretty close to the Kokkari (4min. By car) we felt like we are at our own summerhouse. We will definetaly return here to stay on our next Samos visit.
İnternet was not properly connecting from our room. But İ think it is a generic problem of the Samos island. Not spesific to Gregory apartments.

Clean, friendliness, view.
No personal space to neighbours. Direct neighbour just 1 meter away. No privacy. Pretty noisy.
