Katerina Apartments

The apartment is in a great location in Kokkari, very close to the sea, restaurants and shops. It is a family-run place, and the owners were very warm, friendly and welcoming. Our apartment had a balcony, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen area, and it was spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The mini fridge and air conditioning were especially useful during the summer. Daily cleaning was also provided, which was a nice plus.

The furniture and some of the items were generally quite old. In particular, the sheets and towels had lost their original whiteness and would benefit from being replaced.

The owners were extremely warm, attentive, and friendly. Cleanliness was top-notch. The location was perfect—everything we needed (the town center, the beach, restaurants, and cafes) was just a pleasant 4–5 minute walk (100–200 meters) away. The area felt very safe. Having a small umbrella, table, and chairs right in front of each room allowed us to enjoy the lovely garden area. Everything was so well thought through, and we had zero issues with mosquitoes, which was a huge plus! We would definitely choose to stay here again whenever we visit Samos. Ps: The cute shapes created with the fresh towels during cleaning brought a lovely smile to our faces :))

Just a small suggestion for improvement: making the shower area in the bathroom a bit more spacious or comfortable would make the stay even better!

The location was perfect. Just far away from the main street but a very close walk.

No breakfast (we did know that when booking), had to park in a public parking area. And the bed was very uncomfortable.
