Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement, sehr zentral aber ruhig gelegen am Hang mit tollen Blick über die Bucht. Bäcker, Restaurants, Supermarkt und die Strände sind zu Fuß in 5 min. zu erreichen. Anastasia ist die perfekte Gastgeberin, wir wurden gleich mit einer kleinen griechischen Süßspeise begrüßt und auch an den anderen Tagen gab es oft eine Leckerei. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur Empfehlen.

True to its name, "House of Art" is a home beautifully enhanced with art and love. Our host, Anastasia, was wonderful; she welcomed us with homemade orange marmalade. The house is spread over two floors: the upper level features a bedroom with a double bed and a single daybed, while the ground floor houses the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and an additional single bed. However, what truly sets this house apart is its large balcony, which boasts the finest view in Kokkari—a magnificent panorama overlooking the bay from the highest vantage point. Anastasia brought us various treats every day and even sent us off with a gift of her own handmade ceramics. From now on, this will be my only choice when visiting Kokkari.

We love House of Arts! A lovingly restored and decorated home in Kokkari - great kitchen, shower and washing machine, comfy bed, nice linen/towels. Lovely covered, spacious verandah with spectacular view of the sea. Close to everything but nice and private. Hostess is very welcoming and generous and home is decorated with her wonderful art pieces.

Amazing view with great privacy. On a clear day Turkey is quite visible. The hostess is incredibly helpful. She is an artist and has decorated the unit. Full kitchen is new as is bathroom. Both floors have separate air conditioning. We will stay here every time we come to Samos. This was our fourth visit.

Nothing could have been better. We were there ten days and never saw a cloud in the sky.
