Staff was approachable, communal spaces had nice decor and clean. Nice atmosphere. Overall it was a nice accomodation.
The food was average and the flat smelled quite damp after taking a shower. Our flat was a bit noisy as we were above the kitchen. Things like the safe or parking could have been included in the price.

Apartment was comfortable, we had a good sized terrace, others had smaller balconies, full catering facilities although we had half board, room was serviced every day and very clean. Pool are was good, well managed complex. Staff were very friendly.
The room was a little tired in places but nothing that would affect your stay, there was maintenance happening most days so I think it’s a constant process, overall very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.
