All staff were outstanding, they were all genuinely friendly and always happy to help!
The food was AMAZING. We are not easy to please when it comes to food as we're very health-conscious, but the buffets (we had breakfasts and dinners included) were always REALLY good. There were also plenty of options for vegetarians (I eat fish, but no meat).
The gym had enough equipment and good opening hours to exercise.
The pool was also great, heated and big enough to swim laps.
We were there over New Year's and they really put a massive effort in to make it special, it was really, really good.
The stay exceeded our expectations and should we ever return to Lanzarote, we would absolutely stay here again!!!!!!
We didn't realize that dinners did not include drinks (not even water) however tea was for free so we just had tea instead, wasn't a big problem.
There was no hair-dryer, but also not that much of a problem as it was warm enough to let my hair air-dry.

To be honest the whole complex is an amazing place, the design, comfort and the thought of relaxation has been fully taken into account.
The heated pool , grounds, gardens are spotlessly clean and constantly updating parts.
The staff on reception Andrea and Christine sorted out a slight issue I had and resolved in hours, excellent front of house.
The food which was buffet style again could not be faulted and the Xmas day and new year's eve spread was a seafood paradise, the chef deserves credit and his staff, waiters and waitress again excellent.
My room was serviced every two days, my maid was friendly and exceptionally thorough in her duty.
In the wellbeing centre I had a detox full massage by Sandra who made my body knit and stress free, very experienced and friendly.
The whole experience was a pleasure to be in such great company and made my holiday well worth going to Cassa Heddy
I will be returning that's for sure and enjoying this hotel again
If I was to be critical may be larger heat lamps over the hot food.
And slightly larger bath towels, but for me very minor points against the whole experience

The staff were amazing, the premises is beautifully landscaped, scenic and spotless. The room was very comfortable and the food was absolutely delicious. The wellness centre is just the bonus needed to bring this great resort to a 10 out of 10 for me. The proof is in the pudding with so many clients returning for the great facilities and services year after year. It is a peaceful, restful, and warm welcoming resort where the staff go above and beyond to make you feel like you matter.
