On arrival we got a free upgrade to one of the newer suite rooms. Extremely comfortable beds. The whole hotel is absolutely spotless. The staff are so friendly and helpful. On site parking extremely convenient. The pool area was so so clean and loads of space for hotel guests. You can use the hot tub at any time which was an added bonus. We will definitely visit again in the future.
Could not find any faults our stay was absolutely perfect. I hope they continue to provide this exceptional standard of hospitality. I would suggest some instructions as to how to use the oven/hob but other than that I wouldn’t change anything.
