Lovely Views & Unique Sights: The view from the balcony was wonderful. While ships do dock in the port, we actually loved watching them, and they never blocked our whole view. We still enjoyed gorgeous sunsets throughout our stay and even caught a partial solar eclipse right from the balcony! We also loved spotting turtles in it garden below our balcony. ​Fantastic Host: Anna was a fantastic host, checking in to make sure we were comfortable the entire time. ​Comfort & Amenities: The air conditioning was a huge plus during the summer heat. We also appreciated having a clothesline to hang our laundry outside. There's a kitchenette with 2 hobs, kettle, dishes, sink, fridge, etc. The bathroom was nice as well with great water pressure. King size bed. Quiet. ​Unbeatable Location: Situated just a 5-minute walk from the main port and bus station and 10 minute walk to Gruz port, making it easy to catch ferries to various islands like Lopud (Sunj beach) or a direct bus right into Pile Gate. Airport shuttles were also very easy to catch as they also arrive at and depart from the main bus station. Plus, there is a big grocery store about a 7-minute walk down the street and plenty of great places to eat nearby. Many tour buses will also pick you up nearby about a 5-10 minute walk from the aprtment.

Good to Know Before You Book ​Stairs & Accessibility: My partner and I are quite active, so the 85 steps (about a minute and a half of moderate walking) to get up to our left-hand side apartment were no big deal for us. However, for anyone not used to climbing stairs, please note that this property is not accessibility-friendly. ​Thin Walls: The walls are a bit thin. We accidentally had the neighboring guests knock on the wall to turn down our TV while watching a movie after 10pm so just be mindful of noise levels and local quiet hours (10pm - 7am & 3pm - 5pm) ​Overall, we loved spending time on the balcony and had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for active travelers looking for a comfortable and well-located base!

La proximité de la gare routière principale, des arrêts de bus et du port est un véritable avantage. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié la belle vue depuis le balcon.

Apartament pierwsza klasa, ułożony w malowniczym porcie z widokiem na morze i zatokę, codziennie w ogrodzie dało się zaobserwować inne zwierzęta, od żółwi aż po piękne koty, widoki z balkonu wspaniałe, pełno zieleni, sam apartament czysty, zadbany, aż widać że właścicielka Ana wkłada serce w swoją pracę, kontakt z nią był bardzo dobry, chętnie odpowiadała na pytania i była bardzo pomocna. Lokalizacja to kolejny plus, blisko dworca głównego, niedaleko bardzo dobre restauracje, do najbliższego sklepu ok 500 metrów. Klimatyzacja to kolejny plus w upalne dni. Apartament idealny na spokojny wypoczynek, oraz na aktywne wycieczki. Polecam serdecznie bo warto odwiedzić i poczuć klimat tego miejsca.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il était impeccable, très bien équipé et il ne manquait absolument rien. La petite cuisine était très pratique et tout le nécessaire était fourni, y compris le gel douche, le papier toilette et tous les équipements dont on pouvait avoir besoin. Le balcon avec sa magnifique vue sur la mer était un vrai plus et nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. L’appartement est confortable, agréable et parfaitement entretenu. Tout était parfait, nous recommandons cet hébergement sans hésiter et nous y reviendrions avec grand plaisir !
