Lovely Dubrovnik

Lovely apartment. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to restaurants and the beach. Easy to get on a bus to the old town. Quiet location and pool was an added bonus.

The living/kitchen area was small and the sofa was not very comfortable to sit on. The TV channels didn’t work. The wi-fi was a little inconsistent. The price considering this was maybe a little too high.

Lovely apartment, friendly staff and wonderful location

The apartment was clean and tidy, the pool was a great size and always well kept. Most importantly the host / apartment manager was so lovely and accommodating, it made our holiday all that bit easier. If you don’t mind a small walk, the apartment is in a great location with the marina and the beach in short walks each direction. And a local shop is just around the corner.

Great stay in apartments St Thomas

The apartment was in a great location, close to restaurants and shops and only 10 mins in a taxi from the old town. Apartment was very clean and great communication with staff for check in, check out. The apartment was located close to beaches and in a quiet and peaceful area.

There was no light outside our apartment (5), not sure if this just needed a bulb changed so it was a little dark walking down the stairs at night. But this did not inconvenience our stay at all.

Great place to stay

Really clean, spacious and comfortable. Pool area was lovely. Very close to lapad, copacabana beach and the old town. Andrea was very accommodating, couldn't ask for more.

Spacious centrally located apartment

Andrea the host was on hand from day one any information that was needed friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of the apartment, the apartment had everything you needed big fridge/freezer, air conditioning, safe and pool towels. The apartment was a good size a fabulous terrace and clean pool. The apartment was very close to local beaches and a shop was less than 5 mins away. There are lots of bakeries bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The number 6 bus is less than 10 mins away from Dubrovnik old town. Highly recommended.

Everything was pretty much perfect, really easy check-in and spacious flat.

Lovely pool area with chairs to relax, there’s a grocery store near by and short walk to the bus.

Some of the cups and utensils were dirty. There was a half opened packed of ham that was stuck in the back of the fridge that really smelt.

Memorable and great

The property was very clean and comfortable. It was very private and had a good security with the doors being locked day and night . The pool was great and we enjoyed the privacy.

We liked everything . Andrea and her sister are the most lovely hosts . And all the cleaners were so kind.

Excellent apartment with swimming pool

The apartment was equipped with almost everything you need on a holiday. A nice Swimming pool, a nearby supermarket, and beaches and coastline (5-10 min. walk) was a big highlight.

The property is in a great location. We had the 2 bedded apartment, which enabled our children to have their own room with ensuites

No private terrace, table & chairs positioned in a walk way. Little niggles such as no plug for sink in kitchen and no tea towels so washing dishes a bit of a faff. Pool area good, although smaller than I imagined

It was a fabulous location. Host was so wonderful to deal with, got us everything we needed ! This included some fabulous restaurant recommendations! The apartment was so clean with everything we needed and more ! The pool was also a wonderful addition! Would definitely return.

Excellent location with pool

Family of 4 stayed in a 2 bed appartment. The room & pool area was immaculate and very well kept. We loved having 2 bedrooms both with ensuites (great for teenagers). The area is great like the other reviews state. Inbetween the beach and lapad centre with some lovely restaurants. Our favourite was Maskeron. Would definitely recommend for easy access to Dubrovnik.

No balcony, however there was a terrace area for our apartment, but this was not private, and a walk through for other guests. The sunbed area around the pool has limited space. If all occupants are down there at the same time there is not enough room for the number of guests. Unfortunately our safe didn't work either.

Would definitley recommend and return to visit

Owner of property were very attentive and communicative. The pool area was lovely and peaceful. Rooms were as per the photos on the website.

Neighbour in other property didn't seem to like any noise at anytime. It should be acceptable for kids to play in a pool in extremely hot weather during the day.

The terrace was not private as it was just a table outside the appt which was the path to and from the main entrance and the pool. Gap between bed and wall was the width of my iPad, my husband had to crawl over the bed to get in, not good for a 73 year old with a bad back.

Gorgeous base for Dubrovnik

Fantastic experience here. Andrea met us at the apartments and gave us some tips for our stay. Very friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed at the apartments and the location was great. We got an uber into the old town each night, and we did the coastal walk as advised by Andrea. Our children loved the pool and the ice machine! :-) Beautiful place!

Only thing I can think of is a microwave as we like to make porridge, but this is me being very pedantic.

Fabulous stay!

Andrea was a great host and the apartment was very comfortable with a great shower! The pool area was fab! There’s a supermarket nearby within a 5 min walk and the bars and restaurants are only a 15 min walk away. To get to the old town is easy via uber and only takes 10 mins. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location and spotlessly clean and comfortable

Everything was perfect for our short break. A short uber journey to the old town for around €10. Restaurants and a shop within walking distance as well as lovely beach areas and the marina. The apartments were clean and modern. Everything we needed was included

Excellent!

Communication with host is excellent. Nice swimming pool and sunbathing area. Perfect location! A quiet area of Dubrovnik with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. As a tip: When you step out of the hotel and go left to the end of the dead-end street, there are steps leading to a small alley. Walk it till the end and you'll discover a direct access to one of the most quiet beaches around. Thanks Andrea for making our holidays unforgettable

Felt like your own villa

The fact that lots of things are provided for you like shampoo, toilet roll, shower gel, washing up liquid and sponges and towels for the loungers. Staff were so helpful and gave us fresh towels when needed. It is a small complex but felt very like your own villa. Air conditioning was a god send as very warm. Andrea even fixed the drain in our shower when it blocked, great service. Having 2 bathrooms between 4 women was also fab. The beds were so comfortable. If pool area gets busy the beach is not far away

The wardrobe in one of the rooms wasn't big enough to store dresses in. (Needed as we had a family wedding) Please add in a Cork screw for opening wine

Perfect.

Apartments are modern and comfortable, so clean. Andrea was so nice and helpful, I'd recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Dubrovnik. Only a few mins walk from the beach, restaurants, supermarket. And an uber to old town was around 7 euro.

We liked everything about this property. It was perfect stay with all we needed. Andrea was amazing. She was helpful and informative about area and city of Dubrovnik with great recommendation where to dine and enjoy our free time. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Dubrovnik next time.

Really nice place to stay - superior studio with terrace

The room was really clean, big powerful shower and modern decor throughout. The kitchen is well equipped for making breakfast and small meals for a pool day. Large wardrobe/cupboard, about ten hangers which is just enough and shelves for everything else. And the swimming pool is just lovely with comfy loungers and loads of pools. We stayed for a week and did some day trips, the host Andrea had great advice and recommendations on restaurants and pointers on day trips and how to book. Really, really great stay.

The only improvement I could think of would be a small sofa/bucket chair/armchair in the superior studio room we had. Oh and the bed frame is large - wider than mattress which means you can't walk at the side of the bed - not a problem though. Very minor points we weren't in the room that much, either by the pool or on our patio table.
