Our stay was first class, and the facilities are second to none. The location is very good and is a short walk to markets, parks and restaurants.

Location was excellent and staff were extremely friendly and kind
My room was comfortable but a little dated! There were no dishwashing facilities eg- no dish soap, no sponge and no tea towel

Location was good, staff reasonably friendly, lovely foyer , nice pool area ,nice breakfast area ,great to have a washing machine and dryer in our suite , large suite.
Very hard bed and pillows,the shower over the bath is an accident waiting to happen noise from the outside hall ,I know the hotel can't control things , but construction next door made it impossible to use the pool,or have the windows open, the suite was very dated, a balcony soo small with 2 aircon motors , dirty and no where to sit , buffet breakfast just ok , if you sit outside for breakfast the mosquitoes get you. We have stayed in many hotels in Vietnam that have cost less and been superior to this one , Sorry but we won't be staying at this hotel again.
