Ruby Hotel

The family room was huge and had 2 king size beds. It was very clean with an excellent and modern bathroom and shower. The staff were friendly and very helpful. And the location is perfect!! Lots of great food options and shopping nearby - Ben Thanh Market is 50 metres away but it is quiet! Definitely a 10/10 for what you pay for and the modern and clean room and extremely helpful staff!

Probably the entrance is hard to find so you either go through the Travel Agency (if open) or 15 metres to the left is an alley way that is shared with a Bier Garden and major hotel that you go down and around to the hotel entrance that is manned 24 hours. While some people commented that they don’t like it I feel it adds character and has minimal negative impact.

Comfortable, clean room. Free water for number of night stays per person, quiet. There's an elevator and the staff takes your luggage and takes you to your room. Standard hairdryer, kettle, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hot shower, the bedding smells nice, pillows were comfortable and plush. We had a balcony in our room, which is a nice touch. Very convenient distance from Takashimaya, Ben Thanh Market and Saigon Square. We would stay here again when we come back to Vietnam.

Entrance is a bit hard to find because the bottom level has an office at the front, not a big issue but worth noting if you're arrive in the middle of the night. Just knock and they'll come to the front.

Très bien situé dans un quartier animé. L’hôtel ne donne pas sur la route donc très calme. Chambre propre, lit confortable. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

The location is great. The staff was friendly and helpful, except the day shift manager.

The manager, he’s unfriendly and unhelpful. He looked rude and unhappy when I asked him to call me a taxi. He said he didn’t the taxi company. This taxi company cars are all over the city. He reluctantly called when I showed him the telephone number.
