Great location, wonderful hosts, and a well-kept property with a beautiful view of Lake Garda!

The hotel was amazing, with private parking behind a gate. We ended up staying an extra day unexpectedly to explore the area. The owner (as many reviews mention — she truly is wonderful) offered us bikes, which was a great surprise and an excellent idea. We used them to visit the nearby town of Riva del Garda, which is easily reachable via a great cycling path, and the whole area has excellent bike-friendly infrastructure. We also took a walk on the nearby Busatte–Tempesta forest trail, which includes iron staircases and stunning views of Lake Garda — highly recommended! The hotel itself is old-fashioned in style but spotlessly clean, and everything worked perfectly. Breakfast was also good — classic hotel-style breakfast, and overall a great value for the price. A big thank you to the hosts for their warm welcome and great service. Honestly, if we didn’t have to catch a flight home, we would have stayed another night. The view from the window is still fresh in my memory!

The only downside — we wished we could have stayed longer! I would definitely suggest planting an extra lemon tree — the garden is absolutely beautiful and would be even more magical with a few more touches like that.

The hotel is managed by a lovely family who are always helpful and with a smile. They work hard to make sure the guests have a wonderful stay and we personally felt like home. The location is great for a base and has easy access to the beautiful places around the lake. We would be happy to come back!

Great position in the centre of Torbole, you can simply leave the car there for few days, cause you can walk, cycle, swim etc... There is parking near house with nice garden. Receptionist is very kind person. Breakfast was superb. You can rent a bike for free which is great.

Near the house there is the road to Riva del Garda, so there is some noise during the night when having windows open.

Behind a camping ground (trough which you have privileged access to lake shore pebble beach), off the main road popular with surfers, really good breakfast, secluded safe free parking, Torbole shops and restaurants in walking distance, good price ratio, kind staff ladies

Excellent and most enjoyable!

Alessandro and Roberta are excellent hosts, very kind and helpful! Breakfast is amazing and the hotel gives you a family, cosy feel. Roberta also went out of her way to satisfy a request for dairy free products. If we come back to Torbole, we will surely stay at this hotel and recommend it. Thanks a lot!

The shower is a bit small and the furniture may require renovation.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpfull and went to enormous trouble to help me when I had difficulties with the traffic police. The hotel is very well located not far from the beach and town centre. It also has a pleasant garden and very secure parking in the hotel's own courtyard which is locked at night. I felt at home here and will certainly return.
