Perfect!

Perfect position for 7 minutes walk to the lakeside and bars, same distance to the town of Torbole. Relaxed atmosphere easily accessible when reception closed. Lovely clean bed a towel linens. Friendly accommodating staff. Very relaxed around the pool area. A fine breakfast with a link to the local restaurant Pizzeria 600 who was also very friendly and great staff. Would return perhaps next year!

Just that all the power went off in your room when you took your key out of the door slot. So a powered cool box would have to be plugged in to the hallway socket during the daytime. No big problem though.

I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The location is good, very near the lake and a few minutes by car away from Riva del Garda. The room was clean and bright. Breakfast was good.

There was a hitch regarding payment. I had to pay in cash because the online payment system was down but I guess this was just a one time thing.

Modern rooms and friendly staff

Clean spacious room with a nice balcony. Communication from the hotel was excellent indicating the access codes to the building and have everything prepared for my arrival despite there not being someone on the desk. Breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Superb

The hotel has been recently renovated, all is new. Central and with parking space at the entrance. Good communication, we arrived late and got instructions via Whatsapp how to enter. The next day the lady at reception was very nice and helpful.

The breakfast had a bit of everything but sort of industrial and could be improved. Fresh fruit missing. The juice was just powder with water and there was no variety of bread.

Sure bet in Torbole!

Great location, super clean, great breakfast, friendly staff. The breakfast attendant will come to each table to ask how you want your eggs so be sure not to miss that. We had a full wall of windows and a balcony so we could view the town happenings and the gorgeous mountains. Would stay again.

The one thing that would make this room better would be a fridge in the room.

The location of the hotel is definitely remarkable.

Breakfast was decent but nothing outstanding. Room was small and all furniture, including bed - very old and poor quality. Air conditioner was huge and old, it also was so loud that the only way to sleep was to turn it off. With over a 100 euro per night I would expect more.

The staff was very helpful, amazing people :) Sending best regards to Nathalie! We liked our room and the mountain view from our balcony, everything was clean and pleasant, pool area was great also. Hotel location very convenient - near the lake, bus stops, not far from city centre. I really recommend this hotel, despite some small flaws, we had an amazing time!

Not the best sound isolation - heard someone walking with slippers in the other room and had a little trouble sleeping from all the sounds outside. More choices for breakfast would be great solution also :)

Einmal und leider nicht noch mal dieses Hotel.

Die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Die sehr zentrale Lage. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Wobei dieser in der Saison sicherlich sehr eng sein wird, dass alle einen Stellplatz erhalten. TV Sender waren auch einige auf Deutsch.

Leider war das Frühstück sehr sehr einfach und es gab jeden Tag das selbe. Keine Abwechslung. Leider war auch die heiße Schokolade länger aus. Im Zimmer hatten uns leider Haare im Waschbecken empfangen. Zudem ist die Dusche eine Zumutung. Wenn man nicht gerade sehr schlank gebaut ist, kann man nur sehr schwer Duschen, da die Dusche sehr klein ist. Leider gibt es auch kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer. Aufhängemöglichkeiten für die Handtücher fehlen gänzlich. Leider wird man im Zimmer auch immer an den Fahrstuhl erinnert, da er sehr laute Geräusche macht, wenn er nach oben fährt. Als würden Stühle über den Boden schieben. Zudem haben wir die Matratzen nicht gut vertragen. Für uns viel zu hart. Aber dies ist eine persönliche Befindlichkeit, die jeder selber Bewerten muss.

Relax allo stato puro

L'organizzazione è stata impeccabile. Accoglienza molto cordiale, Nathalie è eccezionale sempre sorridente. Stanze belle e pulitissime. Ottima colazione. Zona piscina molto tranquilla. Ideale per rilassarsi. Soprattutto pulitissima compresa la zona toilette. New garden è stata una sorpresa piacevolissima.

Immer wieder!!

Dieses Hotel und vor allem seine Mitarbeiter verdienen mindestens 4 Sterne. Das Zimmer mit Balkon zu den Bergen hin mit Klimaanlage und sehr gemütlichen Betten hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Das Frühstück solide gut. Eine sehr herzliche Dame hat sich rührend gekümmert. Der Pool sehr sauber und meist kaum besucht. Insgesamt eine ausgesprochen gepflegte Anlage.

Am Wochenende ist der Verkehr auf der nahen Straße sehr laut, aber dafür kann ja das Hotel nichts.

Die zentrale Lage, super Frühstück, saubere und komfortable Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Toll war, dass es Parkmöglichkeiten gab.

Ottimo soggiorno

Abbiamo trovato la stanza di nostro gradimento, era spaziosa, in ordine e pulita. Il terrazzino enorme che prendeva due lati dell'edificio da cui si poteva vedere un po di lago, le montagne e anche la piscina del hotel. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con la corrente che sono stati risolti subito dallo staff. Il letto matrimoniale molto comodo e nonostante hotel si trova sulla strada principale del paese, insonorizzazione delle finestre era ottima. La piscina dotata di lettini e spazi relax. È stata accettata la nostra richiesta di check out tardivo dovuto al maltempo che abbiamo trovato senza problemi. Il parcheggio davanti al hotel è ampio, però comunque hanno il parcheggio interrato sotto hotel.
