Shouhakutei Azumaso

Chambre traditionnelle très agréable, onsen, repas, personnel. Un ryokan très agréable, à proximité de Yamadera.

The staff at check in was friendly, helpful and anticipating one’s needs. The traditional room was spacious and clean. It felt welcoming and comfortable. The few into the garden was a delight. One really good feature were the ho baths I was lucky and had them to myself more often then not. Breakfast is delicious and filling - again impeccable service and helpful staff even for nine Japanese speaking guests. The dinner I had was exquisit: tasty, diverse, plentiful and beautifully arranged.

Speaking from a 175cm 75 kg sidesleeper point of few: the futon could be a little thicker. ☺️
