Petit-déjeuner très bien avec beaucoup de choix. Pas mal de monde mais normal dans un hôtel de cette taille. Chambre spacieuse, très propre. Lits très confortables. Personnel très à l'écoute et charmant (check-in, chargement / déchargement de la voiture). Présence d'un bar sympa. Onsen extérieur au dernier étage avec une belle vue. Possible d'utiliser un onsen privatif en famille.
Télé dans la chambre un peu ancienne, pas possible de connecter Netflix ou Disney+ (utile pour les enfants) à moins que je ne m'y sois mal pris.

全国的に有名な宿ですが、あらゆる面での改良点が多いような気がします 今後のご発展を期待したい宿です
メインディッシュという触れ込みの山形牛のゴマだれ使用のすき焼きというものをいただきましたが、到底、すき焼き好みの者として到底口には合いませんでした　ほとんど残してそれまでの全ての美味しい料理がこの強烈な味付けで全てパーになりました　勿論　それぞれの好みもありますが… チェックアウトの時のホテルの目の前の駐車場に停めたの窓に積もった雪を除雪くださるようなせめての気配りが欲しかった　気配りの旅館として有名なだけに残念です
