有風呂可以泡，櫃檯人員很親切。地點很好，離纜車站很近。
馬桶有點老舊有點異味。

住了兩晚, 超豐富的會席早晚餐料理, 吃得好飽! 而且很貼心地幫不吃牛的人換成豬肉 (有預先通知). 員工服務有溫度, 不管是入住還是用餐時. 超感謝員工幫我們在停車場車輪陷入雪地時, 想盡辦法脫困. 真的超超超級感謝的! 旅館地點也離樹冰纜車站很近, 如果還有機會再去看樹冰的話, 一定會再次入住!

食事が評判通り美味しく、給仕も適切なタイミングでした。 フロントの方が親切でした。
露天風呂が「都合により休止」となっていたが、事前に知らせて欲しかった。（露天風呂は宿を選択した主要因だったので）
