About this house rental
You'll love this sound-side vacation home situated in the resort-like community of The Currituck Club in Corolla. Always Summer is also part of the Pine Island Beach Club, which provides a second option for getting to the beach along with additional outdoor amenities. Take advantage of convenient parking, a large oceanfront lap pool, outdoor ping pong and pool tables, snack bar and of course, easy access to the beach.
With 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are master suites, and a 2 person jetted tub you can pamper yourself for some well needed relaxation. Relax in your own 12' x 30' private pool or in the hot tub; the pool area has a Tiki bar and propane grill. Recent updates include new indoor and outdoor furniture, new bedding and décor, LVT flooring throughout and new wall-mounted TV's. The completely remodeled kitchen features quartz countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and island with seating for six.
Our home comes fully equipped with every luxury you deserve. A separate pool table room, a den, TVs, DVD player in the den. A two-car garage has a ping pong table.
From the beautifully landscaped yard, into the lovely, thoughtfully designed and furnished interior, and out onto the private pool deck where you will find a covered tiki bar, a lighted BBQ area with grill, and lots of poolside furniture for sunning and dining. Located midway between the shopping area and recreation areas in Corolla, NC.
Staying at Always Summer, you'll have access to a variety of Currituck Club activities and amenities, including two community pools, tennis courts, and a fitness facility. During the summer months, getting to the beach is easy using the complimentary trolley service. Once you arrive at the beach, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear (Memorial Day - Labor Day).
No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use. Parking is available for 4-5 cars outside plus 2 inside the garage. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

Sand Trap was the perfect house for our family vacation. The park like setting of the Currituck Club is unmatched in OBX. The house fit the four generations of our family perfectly. The large dining room table made for great family moments. We were very pleased with Village Reality throughout the rental process. Their staff were professional, personable, and able to answer all our questions. Highly recommend VR and Sand Trap!

Absolutely beautiful home in a beautiful, perfect neighborhood. Home had a wonderful layout and had everthing we needed. Thankful we could bring our 2 dogs. We've been going to the outerbanks every other year for the last 20 years. Have spent more time in Nags Head over last 14 years due to activities available there for younger children. Corolla has come a long way since our last stay in 2001. Too bad Duck is such a bottleneck on weekends. Special thanks to the homeowners and their lovely neighbors.
