Top Level: Features the great room with 47" HD TV/DVD/VCR, Queen Sleep Sofa, stereo and gas fireplace, dining room seating 6, well-equipped kitchen with counter seating for 4 and 2 Queen Master Bedrooms with TV/DVD and one with deck access.
Extras: Private Pool (30 x 12, heated for $350), Hot Tub, 5 TVs, 5 DVDs, VCR, PlayStation IV, stereo with CD, high-speed wireless internet, outdoor speakers, large furnished deck, outdoor shower, basketball hoop, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), gas grill, beach toys, parking for at least 6 vehicles with a separate area for boat parking, located in Section B of Ocean Sands South, you are only 200 yards to private beach access, with golfing very close and linens and towels provided. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $350 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.
The driveway to this home is off Seashell.
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

My extended family had a wonderful time during our stay. Beach access was easy. Shopping was close. And we had plenty of room for everyone.

We had a great time at the property. The location of the property is the perfect distance from the beach (less than 5 min walk). The private pool was great and there was ample space around the pool for our whole party to enjoy.
