Perched atop the highest dune in Ocean Sands Section D, MILO'S WAVES welcomes you with sweeping, unforgettable views of the Atlantic. Though tucked along the third row, the home provides remarkable 160 degrees of unobstructed coastline—views guests often call the best in all of Ocean Sands.
Mornings begin with the glow of sunrise spilling across the water, enjoyed from nearly every corner of the home, whether you're lingering over coffee in the living room, preparing breakfast in the kitchen, or stepping outside onto the deck to take in the salty air. As the day winds down, golden sunsets paint the sky, visible from the kitchen, the top-level primary bedroom, and even the middle floor, making every moment feel special.
When it's time for the beach, you're just a short, easy 1–2 minute walk away, with beach access only 50 yards from the house. Beyond the sand and surf, MILO'S WAVES places you close to everything Corolla has to offer, from dining and shopping to golf and local favorites, with Harris Teeter conveniently located just a half mile to the north.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at Milo’s Waves. The house quickly felt like home as it is comfortable and roomy enough for our group of nine and absolutely beautiful as well. There seemed to be nothing that was missing as we found anything and everything we ever looked for or needed!We had ages 7 months to 83 years old with us and everyone was comfortable. There are lots of stairs as one would expect with a three story house but fortunately all of us were up to the task!We spent most of our time on the top floor and around the pool......what a spectacular view from the top floor!The home was conveniently located to easily visit many wonderful shops and restaurants and the owners suggestions for places to visit were spot on!We would definitely consider revisiting Milo’s Waves. The owners obviously take great pride in their property and are dedicated to making other family’s stays fantastic!

It ended up just being the two of us enjoying the entire house. We ate out the entire week, so we didn’t get to enjoy the big kitchen. We didn’t use the hot tub because the weather was just too cold for me. We enjoyed walking the beach every morning which was the highlight of our trip! I put up a little prelit Christmas tree and I left it in the top floor bedroom closet and hope that others will enjoy using it anytime they want. We celebrate Christmas anytime our family is able to be together. We loved staying at Milo’s Wave and my Service Dog loved going with us everywhere. I’ve already recommended your rental services to friends and family, and I plan to book Milo’s Wave just as soon as I know our family dates! Please Thank the gracious Home Owners for sharing their beautiful beach home with us! Regards, Kimberly Ann
