THE SPACE
Where everyone sleeps — 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, sleeps 11
Level 3: King Primary Suite with jetted tub and shower, deck access.
Level 2: Queen Suite with ensuite bath · Queen Suite with slider to the hot tub · split-level Queen Suite with windows all around · Bunk Room with twin-over-double, books and toys.
Every bedroom has a Smart TV and an air purifier. Beds are made when you arrive.
Where everyone gathers
The main level opens up — a large sectional plus a second seating area, dining, and a fully stocked kitchen with bar seating and sliders to decks on both sides. Grill on the top deck and watch the sunset.
Downstairs, the garage game room has a Jaws pinball machine (new in 2025, free play) and a four-player retro arcade pedestal. It's where rainy afternoons go.
Outside
A gated private pool with lounges and LED lighting for night swims. A hot tub with a Smart TV overhead. Four furnished decks, each with a different view, all with new Polywood furniture. Outdoor shower. Gas grill. Fire pit from fall through spring.
The rear decks, pool, and hot tub sit under the Live Oaks — private, quiet, and completely yours.

What's included: all bed and bath linens with beds made, beach towels, 6 beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas. Kitchen starters — salt, pepper, spices, sugar, K-Cups (regular and decaf), tea, hot chocolate, filters. Laundry and dish detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, first aid kit, and organic sunblock, bug lotion, shampoo and body wash.
Seasonal dates: Pool open 4/1–11/15 · Hot tub open year-round · Outdoor shower 3/20–11/15 · Fire pit fall through spring.
Optional add-ons: Pool heat $55/night, available late March through Thanksgiving (weather dependent). Golf cart $65/night or $450/week.
Good to know: Off-season flex stays — check in any day with a 3-night minimum. Community rules prohibit campers, trailers, boats, and RVs; golf carts are welcome. No street parking.

We've added landscaping along the pool fence to deepen that seclusion, and when the lot next door came up for sale, the owners bought it to preserve it.

A wonderful place to stay when visiting the beaches in Corolla. Check in was easy, kitchen has everything you need for a night in and the neighborhood is convenient for groceries and ice cream. You wont be disappointed!

House size, pool, and hot tub were great and very enjoyable. The cleanliness of the property was less than impressive. Many of the dishes and utensils needed to be cleaned. The drawers and the stove needed to be cleaned. The kitchen was the worst and the bathrooms were mediocre from a cleanliness perspective. If the house had been throughly cleaned, it would have been an excellent place to stay.
