Tolle Lage. Schön eingerichtet. Viel Platz und unkomplizierter Empfang.

Die Kommunikation läuft über ein Hotel Und ist sehr unpersönlich. Das Hotel liegt weit entfernt und dort holt man den Schlüssel.

The window has a lovely view and the place is nicely furnished

The check in instructions were confusing, and the place was super hot, a little moldy, and lacking basic amenities (ie, coffee)

Die Lage ist perfekt. Im Zentrum, mit Sicht aufs Wasser

location of the place is great. very close to vaporeto stop. Main attractions and also many bars and restaurants. It was also very close to main venues of Venice Biennale.

I was communicated that i need to collect the key in different location. That was fine for me but when i got to the place (that is actually very far away from the place itself), i was told that the key was left for me in the door of the appartment. So i had to travel only to sign one paper that could have been done either online or property could have left the papers for me also in the appartment. The place was not clean (and they charged me extra for the cleaning) with super uncomfortable bed. shower was so small that we could hardly take the shower. The kitchen was super small and useless.
