Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis...ruhige Gegend,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und 20 min bis zum Badestrand/Hafen.

Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoß, das war gut, da es sehr heiß war aber die Wohnung relativ kühl blieb. Lage ist super, da alles wichtige sehr gut erreichbar war. Ausstattung ist hervorragend, inkl. Backofen, Kaffeemaschine und großem TV.
Die Wände lassen teilweise die Geräusche der Nachbarn durch.

Gute Lage, ÖPNV gut erreichbar.
Für eine Standartwohnung ok, aber keinesfalls eine Komfortwohnung. Bild mit Sofa trifft nicht auf unsere Unterkunft zu. Tas Tablett wurde für die Unterbringung von Küchenutensilien benötigt, sie sonst keinen Platz hatten. Kein Brotkorb. 1 Kompottschale. Gläser und Tassen - ein buntes Gemisch. Außer Heizkörper keine Haken für Handtuch und Waschlappen. Keine Ablage in der Duschkabine.
